A 43,000 s.f. two-story addition to Oklahoma City Community College. The addition will drastically expand the Health Professions Department by adding many new faculty and administrative offices, classrooms, and laboratories for Emergency Medical Services, Registered Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy. The first floor is a cast-in-place concrete and steel underground structure, while the second floor is a steel structure with masonry, EIFS, and metal wall panel exterior. The project also includes upgrades to the existing mechanical piping systems at the college. |
